• Alándaluz was selected by the Ecuadorian Ministry of Tourism as one of the best ecological tourist projects to be published in the book of World Tourism Organization for the celebration of Ecotourism International Year in Canada, July 2001.

• The Committee of International Selection and Trade leaders Club elected Alándaluz Project winner of XXVII International Tourism, Catering and Gastronomy Award 2002 in Madrid - Spain, January 2002.

• The Committee of the International Selection and Trade Leader´s Club selected Alándaluz Project the winner of XXXV Quality Golden Award in Paris - France with regard to outstanding products and services offered in 2002, May 2002.
